Redeemed Strength was born out of personal experience and purpose.

As a lifelong lover of fitness and a mother who struggled to find support during pregnancy and postpartum, our founder created the resource she wished existed — a safe, faith-centered space where women could grow strong without judgment, comparison, or pressure.

This brand is for every woman who has ever felt unseen, unsure, or disconnected from her body after motherhood. Here, strength is not defined by perfection, but by grace, progress, and the courage to begin again

  • Yes! Children are always welcome in our 1:1 Private Training. We understand that motherhood is full and sometimes unpredictable, and you shouldn’t have to choose between child care and caring for yourself. Your little one can stay nearby while you focus on your strength.

  • Absolutely. All programming is created with your specific stage in mind — trimester-appropriate modifications, pelvic floor and core support, and gradual postpartum rebuilding. Safety, proper form, and your comfort are always the priority.

  • The program includes personalized calorie and macro targets, weekly check-ins, monthly reviews, educational support, customized meal plans, recipe guides, shopping lists, and 24/7 contact for questions or accountability. It’s built to simplify healthy eating and support your goals with grace.

  • Your sessions are tailored to your pace — gentle, intentional, and supportive. You’ll never be pushed into anything your body isn’t ready for. Here, we focus on progress, not perfection, and we honor each season of your life with patience.
